When will I receive my order?

At Are You Kiddin, we're committed to ship your products as quickly as possible, because we know how important it is that your orders arrive on time and in good condition.

Once payment is cleared, we aim to deliver your order within 2 to 4 business days in mainland US destinations, and within 14 days for international orders.

However, due to local carrier's restrictions, some local destinations might experience some slight delays with shipping. Please reach out to us at shipping@areyoukiddin.com if you are having issues with your product's shipping.

What if I don't receive my order?

Can I wash my toys or cushions?

Yes you can! Before washing remove any tags from the toy, music box from the music mobiles and the wooden ring from the rattles. Then machine wash your little monster on a cold wash and air dry. If you have a long hair plushie, remember to brush them once in a while to maintain their good looks.

Is it safe to shop with you online?

Are your products safe for babies and children?

Our soft toys are CE & EN71 (EU) and ASTM-963 (USA) certified, making them safe and suitable from birth.
